Next ERT Certification Intake

The next ERT Certification intake is open.

This 12-week live online training gives you the structure, support, and practical guidance to confidently integrate Emotion Release Technique into your work so you’re not second-guessing what to assess, how to apply it, or where it fits within your consultations.

You’ll be guided step-by-step through the full ERT framework, learning how to identify emotional and stress-related drivers, apply the process with clarity, and build confidence as you integrate it into real client sessions.

With weekly live training sessions, demonstrations, case integration, and a connected practitioner community, you won’t just learn the technique, you’ll learn how to use it.

Meet Your Mentor

Founder of Emotion Release Technique™

Hi, I’m Karlie, founder of Emotion Release Technique (ERT), naturopath, and practitioner educator.

ERT was created after recognising a consistent gap in clinical practice. Many practitioners were doing incredible work, yet client progress would stall when emotional and stress-related drivers weren’t being assessed.

ERT was developed to provide a structured, practical framework that allows practitioners to confidently identify and address these core patterns within their consultations.

Now I teach practitioners how to confidently use ERT in consultations so they stop second-guessing and start seeing the shifts they know are possible.
